Council & Compliance

Regulations vary by country and region.
In New Zealand and Australia, any unit that is fixed to the ground or connected to services generally requires building consent.
Ariyo Homes supplies engineering drawings and technical documents to assist with approvals but cannot guarantee consent outcomes.
Buyers are responsible for confirming requirements with their local authorities.

Warranty & Customer Responsibility

• 3-year structural / 1-year fixtures & fittings warranty (covering manufacturing defects only).

• Warranty is void if modified, incorrectly installed, or connected to non-compliant services.

• The buyer is responsible for all consents, site preparation, licensed installation, and maintenance.

• Ariyo Homes is not liable for council decisions, ground issues, transport, or third-party workmanship.
